Driver in dark blue pickup Hit and run driver kills teen on scooter

An 18-year-old Poplar Bluff, Mo., man was killed in a hit-and-run accident at 9:50 p.m. Sunday on Highway 142, three miles south of Poplar Bluff. According to the report, Alexander Metzing was slowing to make a right-hand turn when the motorized scooter he was riding was struck from behind by a dark blue pickup.
