By MICHELLE FRIEDRICH Associate Editor Accused kidnapper and convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Dean Shelton has been charged with sodomizing and sexually exploiting a young Poplar Bluff, Mo., girl he is accused of kidnapping from her home. Butler County Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Barbour filed a second amended complaint with the court Friday adding two unclassified felonies of forcible sodomy and the Class A felony of sexual exploitation of a minor to the case against Shelton, who continues to be held without bond.. ...
