Johnathan Blake Butler, 24, of Campbell, Mo., was charged with the Class C felony of delivery of a controlled substance (synthetic cannabinoid), six Class D felonies of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, Oxycontin, Alprazolam, Hydromorphone, Hydrocodone and Oxycodone); the Class A misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance (more than 10 grams of synthetic cannabinoid); and two Class D misdemeanors of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (fewer than 10 grams of marijuana).. ...
