Altrusa helps community

Altrusa International of Poplar Bluff is giving children the chance to win books at their Christmas booth at the Farmer’s Market Christmas on Saturday. Altrusa is a nonprofit service organization that be promotes literacy and improving the community. Altrusa members have given away books to children and adults to promote reading at their booth in October and November as part of the Fall Farmer’s Market events.
