Earth Day contest scheduled for students

Earth Day organizers are planning to celebrate its 50th anniversary in April. Ozark Federal Credit Union and the Margaret Harwell Art Museum want to get Poplar Bluff and Butler County involved in the observance of a half century of efforts to protect the planet.
