Carter, Stoddard counties report new positive tests for COVID-19

The Carter County Health Center reported Friday night that it had received notification of the county’s fifth positive test for COVID-19 and that the individual is quarantined at home. It’s the second positive test for Carter County in five days. “The Carter County Health Center is working with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) and the CDC to identify and contact people who may have come in contact with the individual while they were infectious and will monitor them for fever and respiratory symptoms,” the health department said in a statement.. ...
