Three Rivers College will host the fifth annual “Run 4 The Arts” four-mile run/walk on Saturday, Sept. 12, at 9 a m. at its Poplar Bluff Campus. The event is being held to raise funds toward an endowed scholarship for fine arts (Music and Art) students at Three Rivers College.

A 30-year-old Poplar Bluff man died of injuries sustained from a one vehicle crash at 8:15 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 2, on Highway 21 about one mile north from Route NN. According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Austin B. City to receive $200,000 grant for 911 system
