Charles “Gene” Eugene Brannum of Poplar Bluff went home to be with his heavenly father on Jan. 13, 2023, attaining the earthly age of 84. Gene was born Dec. 20, 1938, to the late Oscar Brannum and Eula Rainey Brannum in Taft, Missouri.
