Karen Ann (Jolly) Miller of Poplar Bluff, Missouri passed away Friday, Feb. 10, 2023, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.  She was born on July 27, 1942, in Poplar Bluff to Bradley and Helen Jolly of Fisk, Missouri.  She was a 1960 graduate of Fisk-Rombauer High School.  On May 31, 1964, she was united in marriage to Charles Edward Miller, Sr. of Fayette, Missouri.  To this union one son was born, Charles (Chuck) Edward Miller Jr. ...

The city of Poplar Bluff recently marked another milestone in the collection of sales tax. The one-cent general fund sales tax collected more than $6 million in 2021, according to audit documents presented in February to city council members.
