CLAYTON, Mo. — A Wayne County teenager will spend 33 years in prison for killing his younger brother. Williem A. Taylor, 19, of McGee was sentenced Monday to 30 years in prison for the Class A felony of first-degree murder and an additional three years for the unclassified felony of armed criminal action by 21st Circuit Court Judge Joseph Walsh III in St. Louis County.
