Mini-park clean up crew seeks manpower

The Poplars on the Bluff mini park was created in 2006. On April 1, a group of local citizens will give it a brush up after 17 years of weathering and use. The mini park is located at the Butler County courthouse east parking lot, overlooking the Black River and the Union Pacific railroad line.
