Ozark Border Electric Cooperative members for the first time will be able to vote early, and in outlying offices, on district board members, as well as bylaw changes. On Monday morning, Tyson Foods announced the imminent closure of several food production plants across the Midwest, including the poultry production plants in Dexter.
