POPLAR BLUFF POLICE DEPARTMENT A gold Lexus passenger vehicle was impounded and towed at 7:15 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, from a traffic stop on North Westwood Boulevard after it was determined the vehicle displayed counterfeit renewal stickers, improper license plates, and was not insured.
