Blunt's a closet Democrat Sounds like Roy Blunt might be a closet Democrat. Pass it on. Parking issue at O'Neal I hav waited all year long. I've even called the police a few times about the parking at O'Neal -- the handicapped parking has always got people who are not handicapped parked in it. It's a horrible problem. I never can park there because of it. It's very annoying. I wish they'd address it. Maybe if it's on Speak Out, it will get taken care of...

Roy Dunlap Roy Lee Dunlap, 87, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at his home, surrounded by his loved ones and friends. Mr. Dunlap was born Nov. 30, 1925, in Corning, Ark., to the late Lonnie and Berniece (Smith) Dunlap. On Oct.16, 1967, he married Patsy Ruth White, in Poplar Bluff. She survives. To the Editor, I do not know if readers of this article are interested in presidential libraries, or have been to one. I watched with interest last week when former Pres. George W. Bush was opening his library in Texas. I thought it so very interesting to see the President and all the former Presidents together. And all the wives were there also. So lovely...
