Elda Harlan Elda Louise Harlan, 89, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2014. Elda was born Aug. 17, 1924 in Neelyville, Mo., to DeWitt and Eva Kittredge. On Nov. 15, 1943, she married James Wesley Harlan. She retired from Three Rivers College cafeteria, as head cook in 1992, where most athletes and staff called her "Mom." Her favorite times were spent with family, friends and most especially her grandchildren. ...
