Once the spring rains pass we may be able to finally plant our gardens. One of the first veggies to plant this spring is lettuce. Did you know that there are about 100 varieties of lettuce including head lettuce, butterhead lettuce, leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, and celtuce. So just what's celtuce?
