By DONNA FARLEY Staff Writer Butler County has been awarded more than $2.4 million in grant money to complete a railroad overpass in the Poplar Bluff Industrial Park, improving safety and work conditions for 12 factories and 3,000 employees. Butler County Commissioners accepted a grant Friday from the U.S. Department of Commerce for more than $1 million.
