Barely a year after opening, Scotty’s Brewhouse in Poplar Bluff may be shut down as the parent company battles bankruptcy. The location was closed as of early Saturday evening, with no answer at the location’s phone number. DEXTER, Mo. — Larry G. Southerland, 77, of Moscow Mills, Mo., formerly of Dexter, died Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Progress West in O’Fallon, Mo. Visitation will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 23 at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter. The funeral will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home.
