FISK, Mo. — Wyona Alma Tolbert-Snider of rural Poplar Bluff, daughter of the late Orbe and Minnie Malone Tolbert, was born near Bloomfield, Missouri Feb. 12, 1925. She passed away Oct. 22, 2020 at the age of 95 years old. For the past three months she had resided at Parklane Care and Rehab Center in Wentzville, Missouri. She lived in rural Poplar Bluff for the last 60 years. She was married to Charles Snider from 1952 to 1963. He preceded her in death in 1989...
