Billie Jean Bates, 73, of Poplar Bluff, died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020. Billie was born Sept. 14, 1947, in Poplar Bluff to the late John and Mable Riepe. She is survived by two daughters, Angela Angel of Scott City and Kristi (John) Caudel of Fisk; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
