Fatal accidents at 9 a.m. and 11:22 p.m. Friday in Bollinger and Cape Girardeau counties claimed the lives of a 65-year-old Marquand man and a 17-year-old male juvenile from Friedheim. According to patrol reports, Delbert J. Mills , 65, of Marquand was driving a 1998 GMC Jimmy eastbound on Missouri Highway 72, two miles west of Patton, when he ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree. ...
