United Gospel Rescue Mission prepares to serve holiday meal

Rita Cooksey, United Gospel Rescue Mission office manager, said the mission is prepared to serve upwards of 2000 meals this Thanksgiving holiday. The tables at the mission are currently stacked with pies and dinner rolls. Volunteers are busy doing the prep work to make the Thanksgiving meal special.
