SIKESTON — Tuf Williams Warren and his sister, Sawyer Raye Warren, are season ticket holders for the Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo, making them the fourth generation in their family to attend the annual event, which is in its 72nd year. Officers responded Sunday, Aug. 11, to the 1500 block of Big Eddy Street in reference to stealing. The victim stated several items were stolen from his residence. The victim was able to provide a possible suspect. The investigation is ongoing. _ Rubin Mitchell, 50, Poplar Bluff was taken into custody Sunday, Aug. 11, for resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mitchell was processed and lodged in the Butler County jail...
